To get started, you need to register. If you haven't already, it's easy. Just enter your ID or passport and select the "Forgot your password?" option. You will receive a temporary password in your email, with which you can access temporarily and then set a new password.

From your Customer Zone, in addition to paying your bills, you can control your electricity consumption, review and download your electricity bills and request changes related to your electricity supply.

Pay your bills in 3 simple steps:

Step 1. Log in to your Customer Zone

Go to Nordy's website from your phone, tablet or your computer. In the upper right corner, you will find the Customer Zone tab. Click on it and a screen will open where you will have to enter your ID and password.

Step 2. Select your outstanding invoice

Within your personal space, you will see a list of all your electricity bills. Each bill has an icon indicating its status: green if it is paid and red if it is pending payment. Click on the icon of the invoice you wish to pay.

Step 3. Enter your card details

On selecting the invoice to be paid, a window will open where you must enter your debit or credit card details. After doing so, confirm the payment by clicking on the corresponding button. If the payment is successful, you will see a confirmation message on the screen at the end. It's that simple!
